See chunked docs

Is there a way to retrieve the text of the chunks that were created so I can see where the text was cut ?

I'm using the "classic" index = GPTVectorStoreIndex.from_documents(documents, service_context=service_context) from the examples ..

index.docstore.docs should get all the nodes I think (I know, the name is not obvious lol)
